Urologist warns: After a coronavirus infection, you must not have children for at least two months!

The coronavirus leaves consequences on almost all organs, and those who suffered from this infection, according to experts, after the first negative test, should not think about expanding the family for at least two months, writes the print edition of the Serbian newspaper "Objektiv".

The famous Serbian urologist, Dr. Aleksandar Milosevic, explains that despite the fact that this infection roams the world for almost a year, the list of consequences it causes is expanding every day, so those who have been infected with the virus must be patient when it comes to word about sexual relations.

Dr. Milosevic states that men who had a more severe form of coronavirus have sexual dysfunction due to the inflammatory processes they have undergone, as well as intensive and difficult therapies.

- All viruses are carriers of RNA, which affects our genetics, so we can not say for sure that the coronavirus can not affect the fetus that would emerge immediately after the virus. When suffering from coronavirus, the patient should not rush anywhere, nor should he or she think about sexuality at all. He needs recovery, no one will lose anything if he moves the work of the offspring for a few months. It is necessary for the whole organism to return to the regular balance - states Dr. Milosevic.

He points out that patients who have been treated for coronavirus for a long time have a psychological effect of missed life opportunities, which refers to the period they have spent in bed.

- Many people who were planning to expand their family and were hit by the coronavirus should not try to conceive a child at any cost after returning from the hospital," he said.
In his opinion, having children is not a task! In a healthy person, conception occurs when she is relaxed and rested, he states.

"Objective" had insight into the study of the prestigious American magazine "Fertility and Infertility", which examined the presence of the SARS-CoV2 virus in sperm. Namely, in the study, semen was analyzed in 34 men with covid-19, but with a milder clinical picture. In all patients, the SARS-CoV2 virus has been laboratory-proven. The analysis was performed on average 31 days after the diagnosis of covid-19.
